How does the free trial work?

You get 50 notifications with every feature switched on, and no card is needed. There is no time limit. The trial runs until the 50 are used, so take your time.

What happens if I hit my monthly cap?

A send past the cap is refused with an upgrade prompt. Nothing breaks and nothing sends without you. Low-score alerts still get through on Standard and Team. If you need more, top up at R99 per 100 or move up a plan.

Do low scores still reach me on Starter?

They show in your portal, where you can see and call back every unhappy customer. Alerts to your phone need Standard or Team.

Can I cancel?
