Sign-up, onboarding, your first send and finding your way around.

• Create your accountSign up for RateMate from the homepage, then sign in again later with your email and password.
• Go through the setup stepsThe 4 steps after you sign up: your trade, Google, your WhatsApp number and a free test message. Every step can be skipped.
• Send your first requestThe "One more step" screen at the end of setup: send a real customer your first request, or start with your QR code. Skip it and finish from Home.
• Find your way around RateMateA tour of the portal: the tabs, the Request button, everything under Manage, your notifications left, the Trial pill and switching business.
• Verify your emailConfirm your sign-in email so password resets and alert emails reach you. Find the banner, or resend the link from Account settings.
• Reset your passwordForgot your password? Ask RateMate to email you a reset link, then choose a new password.
