Staff scores and personal links

Staff scores show how each person is doing, based on the ratings customers left for jobs you tagged to them. Only owners see them. Scores are on the Team plan and in your free trial.

Before you start

A job only counts toward someone's score if you tagged them when you sent the request. Test requests are left out.

See the scores

• On a phone: on Home, the Staff scores card, below your own score and trend, lists your top 3 by average. Tap See the full scoreboard to open Staff scores, which lists everyone, best first.
• On a computer: open Settings, then Staff.

Everything covers the last 30 days. The phone card appears once someone has a rating. The phone list shows each person's jobs, average and open alerts. The computer Staff table has these columns:

• Jobs: ratings received for jobs tagged to them.
• Avg score: the average of those ratings.
• 5★: how many were 5 stars.
• Low: how many were 1 or 2 stars.
• Open alerts: low-score alerts about their jobs that are still waiting for a call back. This counts every open alert, not only the last 30 days.

Tap a person to see their recent feedback. Their own page also shows an arrow comparing their score with the 30 days before. Archived people are not on the scoreboard.

Other plans

On Starter and Standard you still add and tag staff. The Staff scores card on Home shows a Team badge and See the Team plan instead of numbers. The scoreboard page says Part of the Team plan, with See plans.

Give someone their own score link

A personal link lets a staff member check their own score without a login.

1. Open Staff and tap the person.
2. Under Personal score link, tap Create a link.
3. Tap Copy and send it to them yourself, for example on WhatsApp.

They see a page called Your score: their average, jobs rated and recent feedback from the last 30 days. Customers show as "A customer", with no name or job reference. They never see anyone else's score.

Anyone with the link can open it, so send it only to that person.

Turn a link off

Tap Revoke under the link. It stops working straight away. A new Create a link makes a different address, and the old one does not come back.

Archiving a staff member also turns their link off.

After a downgrade

If you move to a plan without staff scores, every personal link stops opening, and the person sees "This link is not valid". On their page you see "still has a personal score link from an earlier plan", with Remove the link to delete it for good. Moving back to Team makes an unremoved link work again. You cannot create new links until then.
